Product details
Chicken tenderloin — the slender strip of muscle that sits beneath the breast and is the most tender cut on the bird. Each piece weighs 40–60 g, roughly two-finger size. Perfect for kid-friendly cooking, crispy popcorn chicken, chicken fingers, tempura, and quick stir-fries (3–4 minutes per side in a hot pan). Despite being tender, fillets hold their shape under heat and don't fall apart. Their small size also makes them ideal for express chicken soup or congee — cooked through in five minutes. Each pack holds 8–12 tenderloins.
