Our drumsticks come from the same morning-slaughtered birds, hand-portioned at our Kepong facility. Each piece averages 170–200 g with taut skin and dense, springy meat — the hallmark of a young dressed hen. Drumsticks stay juicy under long heat because of their intramuscular fat, making them ideal for spice-marinated fried chicken (ayam goreng berempah), soy-braised chicken (ayam masak kicap), creamy ayam masak lemak cili padi, and honey-roasted chicken. A kilo is roughly 5–6 pieces — enough for three to four. Delivered chilled, never frozen.
