Chicken feet, fully cleaned — nails clipped and yellow outer skin removed, ready to cook. Exceptionally rich in collagen and glucosamine, which is why they anchor nourishing soups (soy-braised feet, herbal feet soup, tomyam concentrate), Hong Kong-style dim sum (phoenix claws / 鳳爪), and stocks that gel when chilled. A kilo is roughly 18–22 pieces. Want body in your curry without using flour? Chicken feet are the chef's trick. Sold fresh, never frozen.
