Product details
Fresh chicken livers in healthy red-brown — same-day slaughter. Exceptionally iron-dense (8 mg per 100 g), with high vitamin A and B12 — often recommended for expectant mothers, anaemic children, and elderly relatives. Malay style: liver in coconut chili gravy, sambal hitam liver, or simple onion stir-fry. Indian style: liver masala with cumin and turmeric. Western style: chicken liver pâté with butter and brandy. Critical tip: do NOT overcook — four to five minutes is the limit; longer and the texture turns rubbery.
